Balvenie Scotch Dinner
September 18
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse welcomes Balvenie to Dallas on September 18th. If you're that Scotch Aficionado, this dinner is a must!
"The Most Handcrafted Single Malt Scotch Whisky," Balvenie, created by Malt Master David Steward, is a one-of-a kind. Nowhere else will you find a distillery that still grows its own barley, malts in its own traditional floor maltings and employs coopers to tend the casks and a coppersmith to maintain the stills. The Balvenie Scotch dinner on September 18th, $125 per person plus tax and gratuity, begins at 7 p.m.
Andrew Wier, The Balvenie Ambassador, will join Pappas Bros. at this dinner. Andrew, along with Pappas Bros. Master Sommelier, Barb Werley, will guide each guest through the four courses. Each variant, perfectly paired by Executive Chef James Johnson, will have a unique taste but will still maintain the recognizable undertones of the distinctively rich, smooth and honeyed character of The Balvenie. Executive Chef James Johnson touts, "While this is not our typical wine dinner menu, it is a dinner that will be spectacular!" The Balvenie Menu will include:
First Course: Scotch Cured Salmon, horseradish crème frâiche
ResSalmon - BV 15yr Single Barrel
