We are excited to announce our Five Outstanding Young Dallasites. They are Ashley Blanchette, Emily Callahan, Mark Aaron Melton, Michael Hunter Morath, and Monica Egert Smith. Ms. Blanchette is Managing Director at Robertson, Griege & Thoele, an independent financial advisory firm, where she is the first female partner. Ms. Callahan is Vice President of Marketing for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where she is responsible for engaging diverse audiences to join with Komen for the Cure in its efforts to deliver cures for breast cancer. Mr. Melton is an associate at the law firm Hunton & Williams LLP, where he focuses on federal income tax issues related to both domestic and international corporate transactions. Mr. Morath is Chief Operating Officer for Minute Menu Systems, which provides a comprehensive management system for agencies that administer the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program. Ms. Smith is Community Philanthropy Director for the Communities Foundation of Texas, where she gathers information about community needs in order to inform the Foundation’s discretionary grant making, and to help educate donors on funding opportunities that match their philanthropic goals.
