Veg Out: Vegetable Gardening

Successful vegetable gardening requires knowing what and when to plant. Join Cathi Gartin, owner of The Cultivated Gardener, as she shares tips on getting started in this fun, rewarding and delectable hobby. Learn which vegetables grow best each season, when and how to fertilize, when and how much to water and more. New techniques and ideas have created a bounty of possibilities in gardening. Come feast on the information presented in this class.
$20 for members, $22 for non-members. Class fees include admission to the garden and parking. After class, participants are invited to stroll through the gardens and see spectacular floral displays featured throughout the year. Class sizes are limited, so advance registration is required.
