Arts District Chorale
September 28
Join the ADC for the opening event of their 2009-2010 season featuring Rossini’s final masterpiece, Petite Messe Solennelle. The last of a series of the compositions Rossini intriguingly called “the sins of my old age,” the Petite Messe Solennelle (Little Solemn Mass) is filled with all the exuberance and intensity of his beloved operas, while retaining the formal elements of the Mass.
