Peter Sinn Nachtrieb’s Hunter Gatherers is an uproarious dark comedy that attempts to examine man’s evolution into the most civilized of all earth’s creatures. Pam and Richard annually celebrate their anniversary with their best friends, Wendy and Tom who also share the same anniversary, and after an initial animal sacrifice we soon discover that may not be all they share. The party grows increasingly savage as the couples digress to primal instincts to survive through the night.
