This year's Parade Grande Marshal's are NBA star Rolando Blackman and World class sprinter Carlos Moore. The parade route will run Crumpton to Hickory Tree, Hickory Tree to Elam, Elam to Shepherd, ending at the Balch Springs Rec Center. Visit the Holiday Happening's vendor fair after the parade in the Recreation Center.
