Catherine Cuellar, verified:
Great Depression (Homespun Remedies' sophomore LP) hearkens back to 1920s austerity with more than a dozen seasoned songwriters and musicians; a healthy variety of American genres (bluegrass, jazz, gospel, country, rock, and folk); and rich instrumentation well-wrought. I love their producer/keyboardist Paul Williams (and not just because he's my fiancé)! Get a first listen by supporting the project.
