The Rowlett Exchange Club moves its annual QueFest to Labor Day weekend for 2011. This charity fund-raiser supporting child abuse prevention features live music, a barbecue cook-off, and a children's area.
Kids under 12 are free, active military with ID are free, and adults are $10. Parking is $5.
