Santa Paws
December 8, 2012
Back by popular demand, the pitter patter of little paws will be heard at The Lumen, a Kimpton Hotel, as pets both big and small make their way to celebrate the return of Santa Paws.
On Dec. 8 and 9 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., The Lumen will transform the living room lobby into an animal's winter wonderland with Santa Paws, offering pet holiday treats (human treats too!) and photo opportunities with Santa. The Lumen is partnering with Animal Rescue of Texas (ART), who will have adoptable pets on hand to meet and greet potential new parents. Guests are welcome to capture the moment with Santa Claus with their own camera at no charge, or with a $5 donation to ART, a professional photographer will snap the shot (portraits will be available for purchase online following the event).
While dogs appear to delight in Santa Paws the most with wagging tails at the ready, Kimpton’s Santa Paws is an inclusive and diverse event, welcoming all pets as long as they can fit through the front door.
