The June schedule of Technique Classes includes:

Saturday, June 2 at 9:30 a.m. THE GRILL MASTER: CLASSICS. With the grilled fired up, favorites such as steaks, chicken breasts and burgers first come to mind. In this class, attendees learn to master the classics. Discussions include flavors and seasonings, including marinades and rubs, plus how to create perfect grill marks on foods and sear in wonderful juices.

Saturday, June 9 at 9:30 a.m. THE GRILL MASTER: SIDE DISHES. This class will teach how to prepare vegetables and starches for the grill, and how to use indirect heat to cook dishes to the desired tenderness. Attendees learn how to grill side dishes that are scrumptious.

Saturday, June 23 at 9:30 a.m. THE GRILL MASTER: FISH & SEAFOOD. In this class, attendees will discover the secrets to cooking fish and seafood on the grill. A Williams-Sonoma professional will demonstrate how to prepare and season seafood and also explain the proper way to grill seafood so it emerges perfectly done and delicious. Class also includes how to cook fish on a wooden grilling plank, a technique that infuses foods with enticing smoky flavor and recipes for favorite seafood accompaniments.

I asked what a Steakburger is and the friendly staff stated "it is a very high grade of lean beef that is hand-crafted" thin on the edges and thicker in the middle. This makes for carmelization on the edges and a juicy center. The Hawaiian is a must eat on the custard menu. I will definitely be bringing my friends!
