The Better Doctor

Upstart Productions announces the regional premiere of The Better Doctor, a silent film on stage by Matt Lyle, author of Hello Human Female and The Boxer. The Better Doctor made its debut in Chicago in 2010 with Bootstraps Comedy Theatre, a company originally founded in Dallas in 2004 by Lyle and wife Kim.

The Better Doctor is presented as a Double Header. Following each 60-minute performance, Upstart will bring in local musicians, comics, and performing artists to provide a full evening of entertainment for all to enjoy. In addition, local visual art will be on display in the Nest’s ample gallery space. A schedule for the second half can be found on Upstart’s web site, www.UpstartTheater.com.
