Old Settlers' Park and Recreation Center
On May 22, 2013, the City of McKinney sponsored an open Pickleball Tournament at the Old Settler's Recreation Center that turned out to be totally unorganized. The courts were not prepared ahead of time and the tournament brackets had to be completed by an outside player instead of already being completed by the sponsor. The wait time between matches was at times over two hours. My group from Denton arrived at the Tournament at 8:30 AM as instructed by the sponsor for registration. My first match wasn't until 2:00 PM and at 7:10 PM the tournament was finally into the ...

i dropped my cell phone in the bleachers during the show at Kooza show in dallas on 9/26/12. i reported it to the security and they told me they would get my phone and give it to me after the show someone came to me after i had waited 30 minutes after the show and told me they could not find it and leave her my number and she would call me the next day. i did not hear from her. i drove to the site in dallas on monday 10/01/12 after work and spoke with security who spoke on the phone with a supervisor and they would not give me a phone number to call and check but assured me that i would definatley get a phone call on wednesday morning 10/03/12. as of this morning 10/04/12 i have NOT received a call.
