Join experts from Uptown Yoga for one hour of free yoga. Let skilled instructors help you relax and guide you through yoga poses which ease the stress of your daily life. Please bring your own mat.
Free parking is available at the Winspear Opera House in Lexus Red Parking. If inclement weather occurs during the appointed Local Motion time we will move the Yoga or Zumba class inside the Winspear Opera House. Please come to Sammons Park and someone will be there to direct you to the right spot.
