Keith “Buttons” Hicks will offer a three-course, prix fixe meal of Southern- style cuisine. Choose from items such as oysters, fried green tomatoes, chicken and waffles and porterhouse pork, with a brownie, peach cobbler or sweet potato pie for dessert.

I asked what a Steakburger is and the friendly staff stated "it is a very high grade of lean beef that is hand-crafted" thin on the edges and thicker in the middle. This makes for carmelization on the edges and a juicy center. The Hawaiian is a must eat on the custard menu. I will definitely be bringing my friends!
