Chef Mansour Gorji’s four-course menu starts with grilled chilled avocado or Bulgarian feta, followed by a traditional Caesar or spinach salad, and a choice of entrees (including prime tenderloin of beef, prime pork chop, Pacific salmon or lamb and quail). For dessert, try the chocolate liqueur cake or the four-berry sorbet.
