Mesquite Community Theatre presents Rex’s Exes by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, Jamie Wooten. The Verdeen cousins are in a period of transition: Gaynelle nears her dreaded fiftieth birthday, Jimmie Wyvette struggles to make her new business a success, and Peaches is haunted by visions of her presumed-dead husband, Rex. When Rex makes a surprise return, dodging gambling debts and on the run from a bounty hunter, Peaches learns she isn't the only one carrying a torch for her ex.
Performances are in the Black Box Theatre Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays February 8-23, 2013 with a single Thursday performance on February 21st.
