The long-running Taste of Addison event has evolved into this all new, two-day festival celebrating Addison’s culinary heritage. Guests, ages 21 and up, can sample some of the best local food, drinks and music Addison and the Dallas/Fort Worth area have to offer. Attendees also can try their hand at interactive cooking classes and sit in on wine and craft beer seminars from local greats. Featured talent for the festival includes chef Marcus Samuelsson, who is a judge on the ABC food reality show The Taste, and Texas county music legend Pat Green.
Friday, May 16: $65 food and drink ticket with restaurants serving bite-size samples. A portion of the proceeds benefits the non-profit Café Momentum.
The $35 ticket on Saturday, May 17, includes the Grand Tasting Tent, the Pat Green concert, and access to restaurants cooking taste-sized dishes onsite for $1 to $5 each.
A limited number of $100 VIP packages will give special access to hands-on cooking classes, Marcus Samuelsson’s demo, special tasting opportunities, chef meet and greets, valet parking and more.
