The American Institute of Wine & Food and the Dallas Farmers Market Friends have released the schedule for the 16th year of cooking classes at the Dallas Farmers Market.

Schedule:
• October 24: Samir Dhurandhar of Nick & Sam's, "Samir Cooks at the Market"
• October 31: Garreth Dickey of Hibiscus, "Fall Market Cooking from Hibiscus"
• November 7: Anthony Bombaci of Nana, "Three Variations on Squash"
• November 14: Tiffany Derry of Go Fish Ocean Club, "Market Cooking in the Winter"
• November 21: Tre Wilcox of Loft 610, "Loft 610 at the Market"

Prices:
• Class: $25 in advance, $30 at the door
• Five-class package: $110 in advance
