Autumn at the Arboretum 2012

For Autumn at the Arboretum, the garden will be filled with blooming fall flowers and foliage plants and pumpkins, squash and gourds. The Pumpkin Village returns to display four houses decorated with pumpkins, gourds and squash in the theme of Cinderella’s Ballroom, Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother’s tiny house, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and Dr. Pompo’s Nose. There will also be a Hay Bale Maze in Pecan Grove, The Great Pumpkin Search scavenger hunt, Tom Thumb Pumpkin Patch, Small Houses of Great Artists exhibit, and the Dale Chihuly exhibition.

Mommy and Me Mondays: Face Painting, Arts & Crafts, and Petting Zoo in Pecan Grove, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Kindermusik with Miss Lisa in Pecan Grove, 12 - 12:30 p.m.

Fall Adult Education Classes, every Saturday from Sept. 29 - Nov. 17
Cafe on the Green featuring the Oktoberfest Garten with a variety of fabulous fall flavors including brats and beverages.
Sunday Brunch Buffet will be served in Restaurant DeGolyer, $24.95/per person, No reservation required.
$15.00 for each adult, $12.00 for senior citizens 65 years and up, $9.00 for children 3 to 12 years of age, Members and children under 3 years are free of charge, $10.00 per car parking
