This is a beginner’s Hatha Yoga class. You do not have to know anything about yoga, or be flexible . We’ll practice eye exercises, postures (asanas), deep relaxation, and breathing exercises. Cost is $15 a week, or $70 for a 6 class pass. Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothes, and bring a sticky mat if you have one.
