This colorful collection of artist Felipe Cortéz Reyes comes from the Instituto de Mexico in San Antonio and is provided by the Consulado General de México in Dallas in collaboration with the Festejo Guadalupano presented by Ollimpaxqui Ballet Company. Felipe Cortéz Reyes is a Mexican printmaker who graduated from the distinguished school of arts “La Esmeralda” in Mexico City.
