Description
Paintings by Fort Worth artists and studio mates, Sue McCans and Michael Bane. McCans' paintings are a series of geometric abstractions while Bane's works are representational whose subject matter includes horses and floral still-lifes. One of the centerpieces of the exhibition will be a large-scale homage to Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper by Bane. Executed in his signature trompe l'oeil style, the piece is rendered solely in paint to resemble an intricately stitched quilt.
In the Carpenter Performance Hall Lobby.
