Description

Presented by Irving Black Arts Council - This annual exhibition celebrates Black History Month and features local and regional artists. This year's theme depicts primarily African American cowboys and soldiers including Cowboys of Color, Buffalo Soldiers and the Tuskegee Airmen. The exhibit will also showcase chaps made by leather craftsman Arthur Porter of Red Horse Chaps.
