Seriously, this is a no-miss way to spend a Monday night. One of Dallas' great unknown treasures.

I just called the Caribbean Grill and was told that they are still doing the Monday Night Fights. As far as turnout, I personally can't say for sure, as I have not had the opportunity yet to check it out. The guy on the phone, however, told me that it doesn't really get started until 10 or 11 p.m. I hope that helps.
