Deryl Dodd
- When: Saturday, April 8, 2006, 10:30 p.m.
- Where: Cowboys Arlington, 2540 East Abram Street, Arlington
- Cost: $8 - $10
- Age limit: 18+
Recently, thieves stole a trailer full of equipment and merchandise belonging to Deryl Dodd and his band.
From their website: “Deryl Dodd and the Homesick Cowboys want to thank all of their friends and fans that have reached out with offers of assistance in the loaning of instruments and equipment for the scheduled shows this weekend. In the early morning hours, Thursday, March 30th, thieves stole Deryl’s newly acquired equipment trailer, in Ft. Worth, Texas. The trailer was loaded with all of the bands equipment and instruments, along with a large amount of Deryl Dodd merchandise and CDs.”
If you have any information, contact the band here. Dodd’s manager Eric Nelson sent a long list of items for which to be on the lookout, which are posted below.
“Someone just decided they needed our trailer more than we did,” Nelson wrote in an email. “We are still waiting on Serial #'s but most of the key items - drums-acoustics and guitar amps are not your common models.”
On the good news front, Dodd’s new single "I'm Not Home Right Now" on Dualtone Records will be going for radio playlist adds on April 17. A new CD called Full Circle is scheduled for release on June 27 and features a duet with Jack Ingram.
