TexasGigs went to the Mavs game last night with playoff contest winner PPT.

OK, so get this crap: As soon as you walked through the door of the American Airlines Center, you were handed a poker-something-or-other company hat. I asked a hat hander-outter about the company on the hats and he had no clue. I forgot who the company was anyway and gave mine away. Who cares. Free hat.

Strolling down the concourse before the game, some AAC lady rushed up to TG's Kevin McCrea and handed him a free large Sprite. I heard the reason for the freebie second-hand, and it had something to do with new concession workers running around doing something. But honest, I forgot why. Who cares. Free drink.

Also before the game, TG's Alan Cohen worked behind the scenes to help get PPT on TV during the UPN 21 pre-game show and on the JumboTron during the game. The Mavs were also kind to flash the TexasGigs logo on the JumboTron. I couldn't really see it because I was on the court under the JumboTron. Who cares. Free promotion.

THEN! As you may have heard, Mark Cuban bought everyone in the AAC airline tickets for fan appreciation night. I've gotten a free shirt *cough* at a Rangers game fan appreciation day. But *cough* this, Tom Hicks, takes *HACK!* *COUGH!* the cake.
