Spune Productions has some mighty fine shindigs coming up this weekend and beyond.
Ladies first.
Saturday, April 29th at The Cavern is the semi-annual Le Femme Qui Rock Show! This showcase is better than ever with: Pink Nasty (Austin) / Fishing for Comets / Amanda Leggett (Austin) / Smile Smile / Ms. Ryan Smith / Romp Almighty / Becky Middleton / Brooke Opie.
Doors at 5 PM - Music starts at 6 PM - 18 and Up - $6.00 over 21 - $8.00 Under

Ryan Smith- oh yay! What a brilliant voice she has! She happens to be the sister of a certain Mr. Smith who is the drummer in a certain Denton band we all are drooly over. cough Midlake cough
I've also heard delicous things about the new Fishing for Comets album in the works. I hope Ms. Cortinas will treat us to a few new songs from it.
I missed Smile Smile at Wall of Sound and am looking forward to catching them here.
