So we woke up and just rolled into Las VEGAS!!!! Actually I dont know what I am so excited about....I'm fucking broke. Maybe I'll quadruple my income today on the "Beverly Hillbillys" penny slots. Then I will have 40 dollars.

We are playing really early tonight so all you vegasians (what do you call a vegas resident?) come out early. We go on at 6:30 and the show is gonna be totally over by 10:30,

We got the day off tommorow. Me and Little Magic are gonna sneak into Danny Gans. He was voted best entertainer in Vegas in the 80's. Im' hoping we get an impression of Mr. Ronald Regan.....I'll probably try and hit old downtown vegas, maybe catch a movie....I don't know....I'm on a budget. Most likely I'll pretend to play slot machines and get free drinks from waitresses.

Anyone know any Vegas hot spots for poor dudes? write in if you do...

It has been a lousy couple'a days. The van flaked on us once again. The problem is some kind of computer that has probably been fucking us up since the very beginning. Who knows who much money we would have saved had that been diagnosed first....we took it to two different places before settling at the Dodge dealership.

But...at first a mechanic told us that to get a new one would take 3 weeks!!! We were scrambling around trying to find a new van or a rental or what not...but then he called today and said he had a part and could get it fixed by sometime on Monday(Im' writing this on Sat.).

That bad news is that we are missing shows. SAlt Lake, Denver, Omaha, Sauget are all unable for us to reach.

BUT, if the van is done when they say it is we WILL be making it to Minneapolis after a super duper insane drive.

We have had a few really down moments.....Today we were sitting in a Krispy Kreme with no where to go, no where to stay, no van to take us anywhere, no money, no way to get to our trailer and no idea about what we were gonna do or how to make it happen. Its so frustrating to have everything that you work for so hard get fucked up so randomly and easily. We are spending a lot to fix the van and we are losing lots of money on all the shows we are missing.

BUT.....we are trying to be positive. It is a lot cooler to break down in Vegas than in the middle of Vegas and Salt Lake City. And we are told that the van IS going to be fixed. We were worried about possibly having to miss the whole tour, but it looks like that's not going to happen. We are stuck....but we are stuck in Vegas. We are staying near downtown Vegas and found a decently priced room. Maybe I will acheive my dream of doing bad impressions of former A list stars in a shitty casino.
