Pegasus News was fortunate, and I should stress the "of biblical proportions" type of fortunate, to have the band that was recently recognized as THE International World Champions of Rock Music to come by our offices on Wednesday and grace us with an interview. Honchie, who are releasing their commemorative IWCoRM CD on December 8, at Curtain Club, have had a whirlwind last few months. Band members James Pafford and Chuck Stevenson regaled us with tales of Honchie's elation and heroic struggles. Some of the topics covered in the interview include:
-The role that man-to-man physical attraction played in bringing the band together
-What being the International World Champions of Rock Music means to the band and its future
-“Rockitude”
-A special congratulatory phone call from Sir E. Foss, the founder of IWCoRMF
-Wolverines, herpes, and candy toting trespassers
-What Honchie fans have to look forward to now that the band has reached the pinnacle of rock and roll
