Ash Creek Activists Love Them Some Documents

Both sides presenting similar docs to prove opposing points

WHITE ROCK HILLS — We've had a lively discussion going on the site related to the effort to close the Ash Creek Mobile Home Community. While we were busy in site launch mode, I received documents from both sides, looking to make specific points about allegations that the community is a hotbed of crime.

First, Ash Creek resident Bill Ashe, who is trying to save the park, sent a document that has been used in proceedings against it: A 33-page accounting of criminal records for residents of 1802 Highland Road (which is the address of the park).

Bill has this to say about the document:

They are trying to wear us down with old news.

Here's a break down of crime info they supplied to the media in this document.

Pages 3, 4, 5 are duplications.

Pages 7,8, 9, 10 are duplications; right on down to the, dates, case numbers; everything.

11 and 12 duplications: same case numbers and dates.

14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19; all duplications.

20 and 21 duplications.

22 and 23 duplications.

26, 27, 28 and 30 all duplications.

31 and 32 duplications.

This man has been dead for some time now...

After allowing for duplications and one dead man with 2 offenses; it comes out something like this -

Offenses by number of times:

1 - TELE HARASS REPEAT

2 - DWLS/INV (Driving while lic suspended/invalid)

3 - ASSAULT

2 - DWI

1- INJ CHILD

1 - THEFT

1 - ARSON HAB

Offense Dates range from 1997 to 2005 (over an 8 year time period).

All of Wolfe's documents, must be thoroughly vetted.

Meantime, another anonymous posting of crime documents, presumably from folks who want to see the park closed floated over the e-transom (coincidentally, at exactly the same time I received Bill's email):

I'm not posting the fourth document sent because it is the exact same document that Bill sent me in an effort to make his case.

As I've reported all along, this is a tough issue. As Bill rightly points out in a comment on an earlier story, I've tried to be fair in presenting information from both sides on this matter, but I haven't been swayed that the park should be saved. I do think that the residents have gotten a raw deal, but I see the lions' share of that blame falling on landlord Steve Crossett for failing to serve his tenants by not keeping the park up to code.

It’s that we are being attacked by misleading and false documents.

The document that Jack sent (the one with red circles), is part of the misuse of the state’s Nuisance Abatement” law by Mrs. Wolfe and Jennifer Richie (assistant city attorney).

It was a list of 911 calls made from our property. That is what what it was; wasn’t it? At least I think that's what it was? Very confusing “Wolfesqe” use of a document).

Have you seen a list of 911 calls for your neighborhood and surrounding area? Yes, it is a city document but the way it was used is out of context. Yes, it does have, at least some, bearing on the issue; but very little.

Some of those calls are ours, but not all.

Here is a statement read at the May 18 Plan Commission Hearing; permission was given by Sgt. Dillon, Dallas Police Officer:

"A review of criminal offenses and calls reported occurring in the Ash Creek Mobile Home Park over the last three years revealed nothing unusual or any excessive number of criminal offenses'." Sgt. R. C. Dillon, #4535Northeast Patrol Division

TRUTH! Please respect the TRUTH.

The way the Wolfe/Chaney side plays is - they BLINDSIDE you. They never even attempt of talk-things-out.

Leo Chaney just avoids us (we are in his district) and he will not talk to us.

Wolfe fires rockets of malevolence, from the shadows. Sometimes she attacks in such a way that it seems like it’s someone else.

But unlike Mrs. Wolfe, we do know how to put 2 and 2 together in such a way that it can be proven.

MRS. WOLFE, STAND-UP AND ENGAGE US IN THE SUNLIGHT.

Mike’s a member of the FRI and I think his website is a good public arena.

We hope you have noticed that we have not dropped anything “anonymous” over the e-transom.

What we say, is out for all to see.

We are yelling TRUTH to the world and no one listens... at least not many folks (thank goodness for those that do listen and care).

According to the Law of First Impressions: All the falsehoods propagated by Mrs. Wolfe are still remembered...

not that we are proving them false... in public documents (and they are to difficult to read) but what is most remembered is Mrs. Wolfe’s first outing with dishonest claims about Ash Creek Mobile Home Park.

We at SACH are attempting to outline these PUBLIC documents in an illuminating way.

All of our references are factual, real and can be checked by anyone willing to read the PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.

Now if you want me to stop confusing the issue with facts... let me know.

So - yes, documents are tiresome. But please... remain open to the TRUTH.
