Holiday time at the Dallas Museum of Art
Bring your family for the final day of the annual holiday shopping spree at the museum store and enjoy concerts, performances, classic films, and holiday treats served in the Atrium Cafe. Included in general admission to the museum this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
Holiday Matinee
11 a.m. - 2 p.m., Orientation Theater
Featuring a selection of rare silent holiday films, classic Disney holiday cartoons featuring Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and Donald Duck, and Jim Henson’s Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas.
Booker T. Washington Holiday Piano Recital
2 -4 p.m., Horchow Auditorium
Enjoy piano performances by students from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
Performance in the Galleries: The NOTcracker
3 p.m., Atrium Cafe
The NOTcracker is a holiday festival of modern and contemporary dance and performance art featuring a wide variety of works, including dances created especially for the holiday
