Sellars Academy students sing for Fergy
The fifteen students were invited to sing for Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, during a recent luncheon in Fort Worth.
The Duchess of York was visiting Fort Worth to kick-off a global fundraiser, World Children’s Day. The annual fundraiser benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Each November, more than one hundred countries participate in World Children’s Day by hosting fundraising events and activities in McDonald’s restaurants to raise funds and awareness for critical children’s issues.
As global ambassador, the Duchess made appearances in China, Japan and five U.S. cities, including Fort Worth.
