School principals ordered to kiss cow
The S-T reports of a canned food drive in Fort Worth between Bonnie Brae and Springdale elementary schools. Whichever school collected the fewest ratio of cans, that school's principal had to kiss a cow. Wouldn't you know that the race ended in a tie?
