Dallas ISD’s Townview Center band will march in two big events
The Townview Center Big “D” marching band of Ewell HS will be the lead band for the New Year’s Eve parade in downtown Dallas on Dec. 31. The parade, which will step off at 3 p.m., will be broadcast nationally over the Internet. The band also will be the featured group for the All-American Bowl in San Antonio on Jan. 6. The game will be televised nationally on NBC.
