Rowlett man charged with shooting ex-wife
Rowlett resident Tommy Gene Wilcox was arrested last week after admitting to police that he shot his ex-wife in the neck after an argument between the two got way out of hand. The ex-wife survived the gunshot, and is currently receiving care at Baylor Medical Center. Wilcox will face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
