Unarmed man robs Allen bank
Perhaps the suspect utilized a concealed banana during the robbery, though a zucchini or plantain could also get the job done.
This past Wednesday, the Allen Police responded to a robbery at the Chase Manhattan Bank located on 908 West McDermott in Allen.
An unknown white male, described as being in his mid to late 20s, walked into the bank, told the clerk to fill an envelope with $100s, and then fled the scene with the loot. Witnesses did not see the man display any type of weapon.
Any information on the whereabouts of the bank robber can be directed to the Allen Police Department at 214-509-4200.
