Apartment complex owners sue Farmers Branch
Owners of three apartment complexes in Farmers Branch say that an ordinance that requires apartments to verify the immigration or citizenship status of renters is unconstitutional. Voters in May could have a say in this, if the city verifies enough petition signatures turned in by an activist group last week.

The people have spoken in a "legal" vote by an over-whelming margin. I would be willing to move in to a complex which is being affected by the "illegal" visitors to our great country. Any true American should be willing to do just the same as myself.
