Jon’s Grille hamburger place closes after 18 years
"It was just time," owner Janis Meyerson tells the S-T. "I never planned to stay here this long." Meyerson's brother, Jon, originally opened the restaurant. He died in 2001 and his sister took over. She said she wanted to find a new owner (in the family) within five years, but no one wanted to take over.
