Dallas West End looks for a booster shot from Victory Park
West End business owners, reports the DMN, are hoping for a "spillover effect" from the $3 billion development down the road. That may be true, but don't expect to see fancy pants Hollywood celebrities hanging out at Hooter's.

Actually, it's right between the West End and Victory. I think most people would consider it part of the West End.

All maps I have seen have the west end end at WW highway and victory on the other side.

Its right next door to the house and the house of blues. Two new developments in victory. This story is just wrong and needs to be erased.

In my mind I had always included Hooter's as the boundary line of the West End. My mind is backed up by the West End Association:

But feel free to replace that restaurant and Orlando Bloom with any of your choice.
If the West End grows because of Victory, that whole area will be one conglomerate anyway.
