Dallas photographer Scott Dorn posted a photo on the Dallas Fort Worth Urban Forum here of a giant chunk being taken out of a University Gardens condo near SMU. (It's a copyrighted photo, so you'll need to click on the link.) The Dallas Business Journal chronicles some of the recent property moves undertaken by the university, which is unofficially the official site of the future Bush presidential library, or something along those lines. A recent federal court case allowed for the wrecking crew to begin their work.

Hey Matt, we certainly agree. That's why we didn't post the picture. We simply linked to it.

I'm sure I could convince S. Dorn to let us photoshop it to no end. Always fun times!
I'm picturing the inclusion of Papa Smurf and an inclusion of the locally infamous female wanderer:

I wasn't referring to that -- the link was appropriate -- but rather to the contrast to, for example, the use of the "o Brother, Where Art Thou" image currently on your home page. There's definitely a copyright in that image, and that particular use doesn't appear to fall within any "fair use" exceptions.
