16-year-old charged for rape of Frisco mom
Last Friday evening, a Frisco woman living in the Stonebrook Village Apartments in the 7500 block of Rolling Brook Drive was sexually assaulted by a 16-year-old neighbor.
The teen is believed to have shut off the woman's power, and when she came out to check her meter, he then wielded a gun and forced his way into her house.
"She said that he indicated he was there to rob her,'' Frisco Police Captain Darren Stevens tells the Star-Telegram. "[But] she said she had nothing to steal and at that point he sexually assaulted her.''
On Saturday, authorities traced the suspect to a relative's home in Little Elm, and he is currently being held at the John Roach Juvenile Detention Center in McKinney.
