Keller man jailed for pretending to be a cop

Keller resident Paul V. Weaver was arrested and charged with impersonating a public servant this past May after he pulled over a woman and asked her to take a breath test while pretending to be a cop. While the impersonation charges were ultimately dismissed, the incident was seen as a probation violation for an earlier assault charge that Weaver had been convicted on. As a result of the probation violation, Weaver will now be forced to spend two years in jail. That's especially bad since they don't like cops in jail.
