Corinth City Council appoints new offices, considers land annexation
Translated into less silly language, the Council's minutes suggest the city has annexed 28 acres of land.
In its most recent meeting, the Corinth City Council made the following actions:
- Appointed Don Locke, Director of Public Works to the Upper Trinity Board of Directors.
- Appointed Michael McCracken to the Zoning Board of Adjustments
- Considered and acted on "the Final Plat for Provence Addition Block A Lots 1-11, Block B Lots 1-15, Block C Lots 1-8, Block D Lots 1-15 and Block E Lots 1-5, an addition being 28.55 acres situated in the Wm. Garrison Survey County Abstract 508 in the City of Corinth, Denton County, Texas."
Translated into less silly language, this last item means the Council has annexed 28 acres of land.
