— If you missed the benefit for bassist Steve Berg of Eleven Hundred Springs at W.W. Fairfields on Sunday, then you missed an incredible country music day and evening.

Several weeks ago, Berg had a motorcycle accident after playing with the band at a benefit show. He sustained injuries including, but not limited to, a broken pelvis, compound fracture in his left leg, and a broken clavicle. He’s had three surgeries and is expected to make a full recovery, but Eleven Hundred Springs fiddler Jordan Hendrix said Berg won’t be able to bend his leg for six months.

Upcoming shows:

Eleven Hundred Springs has more upcoming benefit shows, but Sunday’s was a special one, featuring live music from more than a dozen bands. Check out our photo gallery. Audio from the show can be found here.

Amazing. Steve has a lot of people who think an awful lot of him.

Cindy, It was a pleasure talking with you last night. The benefit and music was great. I will pass your cell number on over to David Hansel the harmonica player, so that he may set-up a time, or contact you about how to get his name out there for other people to hear him play. if this is okay with you.

Hope to see you again at other events.
