After years of playing in bands around Texas, Becky Middleton has ventured out on her own with her first solo release Repercussions. The strength of Becky's voice and her melodic sensability help convey the sincere passion she has for her music. But its also clear that Becky combined her talents with a great deal of thought when writing the four songs that appear on this EP. The songs intended for the active listener that will allow their minds to engage in the struggles that Becky sings about in every song. Yet even the most thoughtful words have natural limitations - thats why it is so impressive to see an artist that matches the music together with lyrics in such a way that the notes become an extension of the story.
