Singer-songwriter Becky Middleton was kind enough to stop by the TexasGigs Studio on Friday afternoon to talk about her career and sing a few songs with her friend Philip. From talking with Becky, it was easy to see that writing, singing, and performing are second nature to her. When she performed, I was amazed by just how in control she was of every note that came out of her mouth. Although Becky's voice alone would have been enough, the use of harmony with Philip took each of the songs they played to new heights. I hope our readers will enjoy the performance as much as I did.

Sullivan's Steakhouse dinner & fireworks They say fireworks can be seen from the third story of the parking garage, which doesn't sound too glamorous, but we bet it somehow still is. Or, start your own fireworks with their "summer of $69" menu. More info
