I met Chris Johnson (formerly of Delfi) of Telegraph Canyon like a gazillion years ago. He was just a mere baby - like maybe 20 or so years old - and a struggling singer-songwriter. I knew immediately the kid had talent. Since then, we've become fast friends, and his talent for songwriting, performing and all else musically has grown to near perfection.
Last month the band wrapped up recording their unnamed debut album at the ultra-fabulous Troubadour Studio, with the ultra-brilliant Steven Collins I ----- can't ---- wait to get that album tucked neatly into my CD player.
Chris and the band have released 3 tracks from the forthcoming album, and I'm going to have to insist that you take a listen. Really. I insist.
