New Interview: GOAT

I had the chance to sit down and talk with local hip-hop artist GOAT earlier in the week for an interview. It's hard to find an artist who takes music more seriously that GOAT does. He wants to know every aspect of the art and the business inside and out. So far he seems to be doing a pretty good job of turning his passion for music into some Absolute Truth.

In the interview we discuss:

-Where the name GOAT came from, and what it stands for

-His time studying music at UNT

-Where his classical voice training fits in

-How he approaches recording

-His job teaching music to youngsters

-His new album Absolute Truth
