Canyon Falls developers to chip in for huge sewer expansion in Argyle

Argyle is expected to pay about a fourth of $16 million-$20 million project near I-35 between Denton and Flower Mound. It's not known yet how much developers will contribute.

Argyle is expected to pay about a fourth of $16 million-$20 million Trinity River Authority project near I-35 between Denton and Flower Mound. The developers of the Canyon Falls neighborhood said they will help pay a portion of Argyle's share. It's not known how much that will be. Reports the Denton Record-Chronicle:

Town attorney Matthew Boyle told the council that the agreement, which it approved on Monday, “maximizes the town’s security and poses at, or near, zero risk” should the developer default on the bonds.
