— The Argyle Town Council will hold its regular semi-monthly meeting on Tuesday.

In addition to the regular reports and open forum, the agenda includes a hearing on a non-residential site plan for the Old Town Argyle district; creation of a Freshwater Supply District, a Water Control and Improvement District and a Special Law District for the Belmont Development; and consideration of the expansion of the Trinity River Authority Wastewater System.

The Executive Session includes a discussion of litigation between the city and a group including David Pierce, Clear Channel Outdoor and Arnold Velez (the recently deceased president of that company). This has been an item on the executive agenda for some time. There will also be discussion of acquisition of land for utilities and economic development in the Canyon Falls and Belmont areas.
